Use of offers or content from third parties
This website uses Google Maps, Google reCAPTCHA and Google Analytics. Unless otherwise specified in additional terms and conditions, if you have your habitual residence in the European Economic Area or Switzerland, the services will be provided to you by Google Ireland Ltd. ("Google"), a company incorporated and operated under the laws of Ireland (registration number: 368047) with registered offices at Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Since Google operates servers around the world, it cannot be excluded that personal data will continue to be transmitted to Google LLC, which is based in the USA. Google is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield. A current certificate can be viewed at https://www.privacyshield.gov/list. The EU-US Privacy Shield is an informal data protection agreement negotiated between the European Union and the United States of America between 2015 and 2016. It consists of a series of assurances from the US Federal Government and a decision by the EU Commission. On July 12, 2016, the Commission decided that the requirements of the Privacy Shield correspond to the data protection level of the European Union; since then, the convention can be applied.
As part of our website offer, based on our legitimate interests (in particular our interest in the optimization and economic operation of our online offer, Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), content offers from third parties are used so that we can embed their content and services, such as maps or fonts. In order to make this possible, these third parties must receive the IP address of each user of our website. Without transmission of the IP address, it is not possible to make content available to the respective user, so this is required data.
We use content from third parties as follows:
- Google reCAPTCHA – We use Google's reCaptcha service to determine if a human or computer is typing into our contact or newsletter form. Google checks whether you are a human or a computer using the following data: IP address of the device used, the pages on our website you visit and in which the captcha is embedded, the date and duration of the visit, the recognition data of the type of browser and operating system used, Google account if you are logged into Google, mouse movements on the reCaptcha surfaces, and tasks that require you to identify images. The legal basis for the above-described data processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation. There is a legitimate interest on our part in this data processing to ensure the security of our website and to protect us from automated input (attacks).
Use of Google Analytics
- (2) The IP address provided by Google Analytics through your browser will not be merged with other Google data.
- (3) You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. In addition, you can prevent the collection of the data generated by the cookie, which is related to your use of the website (including your IP address), as well as the processing of this data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.
- (4) This website uses Google Analytics with the "_anonymizeIp()" extension. As a result, IP addresses are truncated for processing, so that any relation to a person can be excluded. If the data collected about you includes any personal references, it will be immediately excluded and the personal data will be deleted immediately.
- (5) We use Google Analytics to analyze and improve the use of our website on a regular basis. The statistics we receive allow us to improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. For any exceptional cases in which personal data is transferred to the US, Google complies with the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework. The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
