Individual CemeCon coatings worldwide

45 type CC800^®/9 coating systems represent the heart of the coating technology in Würselen, near Aachen, the largest coating center for cutting tools in the world. From here, together with one center in the Czech Republic, CemeCon supplies the European market with innovative coating solutions. All our coating expertise is combined here, with the individual locations focusing on different products. For example, in Würselen only diamonds are manufactured and the mold specialists work in Scandinavia.

The flexibility of our technology thus allows you to manufacture individually tailored coatings all over the world. For example, a tool manufacturer operating internationally can procure the same coatings in Germany as it can in the USA and China. The coating is then individually adapted in Würselen and transferred to CemeCon Inc. in the USA, for example.

CemeCon is the only manufacturer which supplies the coating service, systems and ready-to-use production lines from under one roof and, it goes without saying, also takes care of system maintenance. Maintenance work on the CemeCon technology, including peripheral components, is carried our in Würselen – without delay, via our technical service.
