Selection of the coating materials and production steps on the basis of
your product check list
Using the information provided in your product check list and during the initial talks, our engineers will select the most suitable options from a number of coating materials and production steps.
From cost-effective standard materials to modern hi-tech nanocoating materials
The selection ranges from cost-effective conventional standard materials like SUPERTIN® and TINALOX® to modern hi-tech nanocoating materials such as TINALOX® SN² and ALOX® SN² as well as the ultimate diamond coating materials such as CCDia FiberSpeed® and CCDia MultiSpeed®.
New coating development commissioned by the customer
Customers also have the option of commissioning the development of a completely new coating, which we will implement and monitor until the start of production.
Maximum output thanks to optimum distribution of coating thickness and pre-treatment/re-treatment
Coating thicknesses and their distribution as well as pre-treatment and re-treatment are also important if maximum output is to be achieved.
Finally, important properties such as surface quality and color are selected in order to put the finishing touches to the product.
